Friendly Systems supports new and also discontinued versions of Sage 100 and Sage 300. For Sage account issues, you can use the The Sage Customer Portal (support at: 866-996-7243) to access information and directions for:
Adding, Editing or Removing an authorized contact on your Sage Account.
Create/view Sage support tickets
Add/Update a Credit Card
Update your Customer Portal profile, which includes your address and contact info.

Locating product serial numbers and product activation codes.
From the Manage Cases page, move your mouse over the Activation Codes tab on the upper left corner and click Details. Then click the Select Product drop-down menu, and select the product edition you are using.
First you have to access the Sage Customer Portal on the Internet.
Contact Sage to get your portal login and password if you don’t have one. (Sage support at: 866-996-7243)

Then you may have to remove your internet browser Pop Up Blocker so you can access the portal.
For Microsoft Edge:
Go to Settings, search for Pop-ups and redirects
Add * to the list of allowed sites
Click Close

For Google Chrome
If a pop-up is blocked, you should see an icon to the right-most end of your address bar
Click on icon and choose to always allow pop-ups from
If issue persists:
Go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Site permissions, under Content select Pop-Up and redirects
Add * to the list of allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
Click the X on the tab when done.

For Mozilla Firefox
Click the Settings icon (3-line button located on the upper-right corner of the browser)
Click on Options
Go to the Content tab
Click the Exceptions button to the right of the Block pop-up windows line
Add for Customer Portal
Click Close then OK.
