Sage 100 and Sage100Cloud version 2015 “telephone” support by Sage will end Sept 30th 2018. The updates for Payroll and AP (1099) reporting ended December 31st 2017. Companies using version 2015 and who need the Payroll and AP tax and reporting updates will need to upgrade their Sage 100 and Sage100Cloud systems to a newer version. The most current version is version 2018.03.

Sage On-Line Knowledgebase with technical notes and support tips will continue to be available for Sage 100 version 2015. Friendly Systems will continue to support version 2015, but we will have less assistance from Sage in getting their technical assistance, and NO telephone assistance from Sage on Sage 100 version 2015.
