Sage 100 and Sage100Cloud version 2016 “telephone” support by Sage will end Sept 30th 2019.  Companies using version 2016 AP tax and reporting updates will need to upgrade their Sage 100 and Sage100Cloud systems to a newer version.  The most current version is version 2019.02.

Sage On-Line Knowledgebase with technical notes and support tips will continue to be available for Sage 100 version 2016.  Friendly Systems will continue to support version 2016, but we will have less assistance from Sage in getting their technical assistance, and NO telephone assistance from Sage on Sage 100 version 2016.
